Social Media & Digital Newsletter Management
XSquared Media helped Bruder Consulting & Venture Group develop a consistent workflow for posting to and growing its following on LinkedIn, as well as create and launch a monthly digital newsletter. Within roughly two months of working together, the Client reported that 40% of attendees at a recent webinar came to the online event because they learned about it through the company’s LinkedIn content/messaging. XSquared Media compiled monthly analytics reports to track trends and identify strengths of these digital products and opportunities to adapt and grow.

Strategic Communication: Full-Service Support
Direct Care Physicians of Pittsburgh is on a mission to break down barriers between the community and access to quality healthcare. To bring awareness to its “healthcare-without-the-hassle” direct primary care model and its several independent practices across the Pittsburgh region, it turned to XSquared Media for a comprehensive communication campaign. Our Agency handles all of Direct Care Physicians of Pittsburgh’s marketing, branding, public relations, and social media needs in-house – so its doctors can focus on what they do best: caring for their patients. XSquared Media also provides one-on-one media coaching for physicians to help prepare them for media interviews and for recording content for social media Reels and Instagram Live content.

Strategic Communication Campaign: End-of-Year Appeal
XSquared Media has worked with the Women & Girls Foundation of Southwestern Pennsylvania to develop and implement the multiplatform communication strategy for its end-of-year giving appeal. The strategy XSquared Media created included a social media influencer campaign, social media toolkits for peer-to-peer fundraising, email marketing campaign, digital landing page and a collaboration with WGF’s teen civic engagement program. The 2022 campaign earned Pittsburgh Magazine’s MVP Award, which recognized the end-of-year giving campaign that “had a stellar profile, social media presence, and creative marketing outreach,” according to the award’s description.

Public Relations/Media Relations Support
XSquared Media was the agency of record to coordinate the public relations strategy for the August Wilson House grand opening event in August 2022 in Pittsburgh’s historic Hill District. The event featured community leaders, Academy Award-winning actor Denzel Washington, stage and screen actor Russel Hornsby, and relatives of the late Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright August Wilson. Leading up to the opening event, XSquared Media crafted press releases and media kits, completed outreach to regional and national media outlets, and coordinated interviews with media outlets and August Wilson House representatives. Our Agency also handled approving media credentials for the event and supporting media on site during the grand opening. Thanks to support from XSquared Media, the grand opening welcomed journalists representing 20 outlets and independent media ventures and secured nearly 40 earned media placements for this client in summer 2022, including Pittsburgh Magazine, WESA, KDKA-TV, WTAE-TV, Ebony, The New York Times, Yahoo News, Pittsburgh City Paper, NPR Seattle, Around the Town Chicago, and Trib Total Media.
